The Social Customer Manifesto is by Cerado, Inc co-founder Christopher Carfi. There is all kinds of interesting stuff in this blog about how to communicate with customers. He has a really great post about the upcoming VRM (vendor relationship management) revolution which I’ll be sure to monitor.
